I'm with the prior poster - season 1 is planned and is rewarding on its own. I personally don't think the series was satisfying after that.

  Interesting, you didn't like the entire backstory and what was being alluded to in the flashbacks?

    I didn't. I think it was overly complicated without much meaning. Sure, it sorta explained some stuff, but not in a way that was interesting or entertaining. At least for me - though I think most viewers felt the same way. To each their own.

      It lost me by about the 5th episode.
