- cercatrova 6y agoYeah not sure what the parent is saying, Amazon (software) employees at least have substantial equity packages.
- foogazi 6y agoWhat I meant is that not all employees are shareholders But, since all shareholders benefit from increased stock valuation, those employees that don’t receive stock as comp can still buy shares and participate in the company’s growth
