Not sure how you inform people about benefits without giving a link, if the intranet isn’t easy to navigate, short of including everything in the email all the time. So how should it be done anyway?
- chris_st 6y agoWell, we did have an intranet (and yeah, the search was abysmal, so it was tough to navigate), and giving it a second's thought, maybe email each person a magic number, that they then enter into a single magic-number box on the intranet and you're magically whisked to the appropriate site? This just doesn't seem like rocket surgery.
