I would respectfully disagree. I think highlighting another instance of how convoluted and dysfunctional a lot of American legislation has become is quite revevant to technology particularly as large tech firms have come under increasing scrutiny for potential monopolistic behaviour. This is the government that could play a large role in shaping how technology and the internet evolve. I definitely agree that issues like this can quite easily lead to rabble rousing but I definitely think it can be relevant.
