What kind of web projects are you building that benefit from SQLite over Postgres?
Adding Postgres to a Django project is like 20min of config... And it doesn't really modify the API, it only supersets it.
- ulisesrmzroche 6y agoEmbedded apps is the usual case, but I don’t see the point with anything else, with its limited concurrency, its highly insecure and poor user management. Using SQLite on a production environment and only migrating up when you fill it up sounds like a big wtf
