In theory you could account for this, right? HN (and reddit, etc.) could score based on how many typical voters have seen it, or just bias directly based on average active times across a week.
- thatguy0900 6y agoDang sends email to people suggesting they repost it if he thinks it should have gotten more traction, probably an easier system. I could see reddit doing something like that but hn seems pretty basic
