Yes, after installation you can use the default keyboard shortcut ‘Alt+x g’ to open the edamagit status view.
You could also run the command ‘Magit Status’ from the VSCode command pallete. [1]

- sgrove 6y agoSimilarly, I'm struggling with the settings / turning on forge. I'd love to be able to list issues, read them, comment on them, edit them, add/remove labels, etc. Basically, trying to recreate https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VVOd1yOKVqQ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VVOd1yOKVqQ (using the original magit/forge) inside of vscode!
- kahole 6y agoFor now Github is the only supported forge. The repo has to have a github remote defined, and it will try to load issues and pull requests. The forge functionality is very new.
