Imagine I live in a country outside of the US, and Baremetrics office hours are my 2am, and a long distance phone call also.
I would make it a mission to never do business again with such a customer hostile company.
The Stripe angle is interesting, someone should see how Stripe feels about endorsing such behaviour.
- khalilovcmd 6y agoWhich is indeed the case for us. We are (I am) based in Ireland, and there is a significant time different. Even though that's not the main culprit here but still applicable.
