- kls 15y agoOnly if you believe in the people If they do not cough up equity or salary then they don't believe in you. Which should be a red flag, you are letting the fact that they got into YC blind you to the fact that it is a bad deal all the way around. It is the only reason I could fathom that someone would even be entertaining such a deal.
