Put smart people together and don't manage them.
- rramadass 6y agoPerfectly said! Again and again i have seen well-functioning teams ruined because a "Manager" was appointed to "Manage" Technical people. Middle-management in particular is the worst, because their very existence depends on it. Give Technical folks a caring, nurturing environment, set clear boundaries, protect them from management BS/politics and let them be. Thats it.
