Holy crap. This sounds like a dystopian nightmare on Earth. Just build up more high rise apartments and condominiums. Crash the damn housing market. Homes should be made for living, not for investment and speculation vehicles. Then interconnect everything with high speed rails and subway systems. There is plenty of land and resources in America for everyone. The only thing stopping us from making this utopian future a reality for all, is sheer greed, from the billionaires at the top that wants to keep you poor and divided.
