There isn't any good hardware available today with Windows on ARM. So, while you CAN do it, it's not the best experience for doing it. By comparison, XCode shipped natively with the M1 release. The native debugging experience on Visual Studio is one of the best in the business. Take that away, and it's a crummy experience.
