I don't think there's a lot of value to micro-analysing Musks tweets whether they're true or false. As he says - the report as it's written doesn't make any sense anyway. (Also Tesla at 1/10th of it's current value is still astonishingly expesnive and probably more than it was worht this time last year)

  Or at the time he didn't think Tesla was going to make it. He said a few times it came within a couple of weeks of failing when the Model 3 ramp wasn't working.
