I find that they're all over the place on what actually has the commercials and what doesn't. The network broadcasts are the worst. I will say that nfl does have a nice feature (it's like $25 for the end of the season so I can watch stuff delayed) where about an hour or 2 after the game (editing time) they actually just auto-cut the broadcast so there are no commercial breaks.
