I'm pretty sure Puppet uses Fabric for its fundamental foundational layer. Hmm, doesn't look like it: $ git clone https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppet $ cd puppet $ grep -r 'fabric' *; echo $? 1 EDIT: Puppet is written in Ruby.
