This was one of my concerns that I did not elaborate on. Our growth could be limited by the partnership.

I suspect you're right on this account. This sounds like a reasonable offer.
- Travis 15y agoIt also allows you to incentivize his participation with compensation. If you really want him to network for you, make his equity based on that. I would also take it as a compliment. It sounds like he just wants a way to participate.
