This isn't about being able to pass their infantile, gatekeeping interview process.

- sidlls 6y agoMissing context much? I'm a vocal advocate for changing the interview process to make it more rational and actually data-driven. And I refuse to conduct the coding panels. I absolutely will not participate in that, and I rip our internal coding question bank to shreds regularly for its ritualistic hazing quality.
