Cell phones + cancer = business opportunity?

Ask a homeopathics company. My suggestion: Sell helmets like the one Magneto wears. Something really solid. Tinfoil is too cheap and fragile to support a high markup. Of course, if you want to actually prevent some cancer, figure out how to get people to exercise, eat vegetables, or quit smoking.
