When I see something cool on Kickstarter my brain goes through a few predictable steps. 1. That looks cool 2. I kinda want one 3. But there's a non-zero chance they'll mess it up, or it will be a fraction of the way they're currently pitching it. 4. I'll just wait until it's a product I can buy with a return policy. Steps 3 and 4 have saved my wallet from draining, and my heart from disappointment.
