Will the vaccines work for the new strains too ?

  Technicaly unknown. Vaccine was developed, goverments bought and awaiting for cargos. Nobody is putting dispute like on aliexpress for cheap quality or fake one. Citizens will get their needle and if it will not work then the societies will collapse. At the moment roads are closed to leave the cities and to get in if you are from another region. So depression will grow, more companies closed, no work, no income, no real social life not fb or etc. only full control - when to go outside, when for groceries and there will be no point to listen for some oldies while you are drunk on youtube like "The World Is Mine".

  Not all mutations are going to mean viral resistance. At this point we can only hope it does not mutate in a way that is detrimental to us. More importantly we should hope that this isnt a pattern with a stronger and more potent strain popping up after the previous. Tubercolosis did a number in my country and almost took my best friend. We take the Covid-19 deadly serious in these parts.
