Whilst the consensus seems to be that this variant is spreading faster than other variants - is there any information on exactly how it does so?
- MacsHeadroom 6y agoNot really. But this variant does have novel mutations in sections coding for spike proteins. Whether and how those are functional improvements for the virus are tbd.
