Injection molding is established technology and nothing new, and is much harder to DIY, which is why it gets less media coverage.
The beauty of 3D printing is that you need no molds. You can print all sorts of stuff with the same printer in the same config.
- systemvoltage 6y agoYou nailed it. The problem now is that every exec wants their engineers to investigate 3D printing even if it makes zero sense because of all the media hype in last decade.
