From Section 2a :"(3) the term ‘‘pornographic image’’ means any visual depiction, including any photograph, film, video, picture, or computer or computer-generated image or picture, whether made or produced by electronic, mechanical, or other means, of sexually explicit conduct."
The danger is that this could be weaponized to censor any opposing viewpoints, given that it includes art, drawings and political cartoons; this is not just about photographs of real people.

- anigbrowl 6y agoWell you need to add in the definition of sexually explicit conduct, which leverages existing law and is relatively narrowly tailored: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2256 https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2256 I do not think this is a great bill, though.
