I've love to be pointed to some empirical evidence to the contrary, but it's hard for me to take anything written by Matt Stoller seriously. A lot of it comes off as knee jerk populism. I do think tech needs much more scrutiny than it currently receives, but this kind of writing doesn't help imho.
