Take your time to describe the problem, and be patient waiting for a response.
Developer focused slack and discord groups are another great option.
- corford 6y agoSecond this advice. For tricky or uncommon problems, GH issues and slack/discord groups are where I'm most successful finding help these days. Dev mailing lists are still an occasionally useful source too (depending on the project).
