Working at your most efficient, what is the possible, long term, sustainable length that a work day should be? I’ve tried the four hour work week, and the four hour workday, and the best I can do is staggering schedule starting at eight hours on Monday and possibly ending with only two hours on Friday
- toomuchtodo 6y ago32 hours a week, no more than 8 hours in a day, no more than 5 days worked per week (preferably 4). How you distribute is up to the business and the employee. As productivity increases, total hours per week and max hours per day would be further ratcheted down.
