  Overdoses are up everywhere. https://www.cdc.gov/media/releases/2020/p1218-overdose-deaths-covid-19.html https://www.cdc.gov/media/releases/2020/p1218-overdose-death... But I guess it’s good that other areas can mask their overdose rates with far higher per-capita covid rates. Perhaps SF should claim them as covid deaths as my right friends claim every death elsewhere is marked as covid as part of the hospital-insurance-liberal conspiracy.
