The real property inflation is in New Delhi and Mumbai, India. Real estate in Delhi is more expensive than New York. A house built on a 500 yards lot will set you back $6 million. Moreover, the real estate prices are growing @ 50% every year and high as 100% in some areas. Compared to that, I would say houses in America are affordable. I hope India's real estate bubble gets burst.
