It seems logical that the entire front line workers cadre should be vaccinated on a priority basis. It also makes sense that the residual staff who will also be second and third level contactees should be tiered for vaccination - so the entire staff as well as admin are then vaccinated, as we have seen how these people are not far from the front line and we have seen how the Covid can migrate widely in a structure. I see it as sad that lower tiered people get these, for now, scarce vaccinations, those safe in home isolation need to be on a lower tier. Wiser minds now seem to have weighed in. One hopes that a flood of vaccine will soon render this all moot.
