Is CureVac still in the race? What other mRNA companies are there that are doing interesting work in the space (beyond COVID)?
- ulfw 6y agoThey are, but very very slow. Their 2b/3 trial only started this week. - arrrg 6y agoThat’s not slow. That’s just not the fastest. They are solidly leading the mid field. Also, given current high incidences I suspect phase 3 might be quite quick, which means Q3 or Q2 approval.
- hannob 6y agoCurevac just very recently started with phase 3 studies. This means it'll be months before you can expect results. They may still play a role, as obviously the world won't be vaccinated within the next months. But they're also unlikely to play a role any time soon.
