- nicklaf 6y agoAuto-completion of history is something I find annoying to start with. Firefox actually has the great option of removing history from auto-complete, leaving things like open tabs and bookmarks. Auto-completing bookmarks and not history creates a nice little incentive to bookmark stuff you care about, too.

- bamboleo 6y agoSame. That’s why I don’t use my main browser when showing it to others. Chrome has multiple profiles for a reason. If I had to screenshare regularly I’d definitely have a whole dedicated OS profile.
- wdr1 6y agoI just have two Chrome profiles. One for work, one for personal.
- XCSme 6y agoOh, you still get auto-complete in incognito mode. Maybe the solution is to use a different OS user or browser user dedicated for demo purposes.
