Having the most mini-games or accessible buildings doesn't equal "the best game" though. CP have way more indoor area than GTA5. It only have cars and motorcycles you can control yes. It has strippers and hookers and you can drink lots of places where the drink is served on the table or you can buy it to inventory. Anyways, if mini-games made the best game neither would be in top 10.
