What is it going to take for the US to do something about the threat from Russia?

  Not sure! Trump assured the American people that "I have a son. He's 10 years old. He has computers. He is so good with these computers, it's unbelievable." Can't imagine why the US government hasn't formed a strategic response under Trump. His foreign policy has been so good over the past 4 years.

  Nothing hopefully. Russia is a nuclear armed power and dicking around in cyberspace doesn't kill anyone.
