Ask the tobacco companies if a major national lawsuit by multiple state attorney generals can have an impact.
- vmception 6y agoSpoiler alert? Because my point is that its the only way for states to matter and there is an irony that the federal government - derived from the states and representing them - is basically a parallel country with the same overlapping geographic boundaries.
