Recycling into roads sort of sucks for people who live near roads already (among all the other stuff they have to breathe in from car exhaust).
- sjg007 6y agoMost of it is already tire particulate matter. The only upside is that it makes the roads quieter... but I think the main problem with noise is that most vehicles are misaligned and out of balance.
