Are there any powerful book publishers that have a proven track record to sticking to their principles, rather than to give in to angry Twittermobs? Or is there a force at play (besides twittermobs) that makes publishers unwanting to so? I feel like such a publisher would quickly attract authors who might want some 'insurance' against having their book pulled by their own publisher, and gain maret share.
