USD compared to EUR was stronger in Dec 2017. So no, that's not it.
- saalweachter 6y agoMarginally stronger than now, but it dropped from 1 USD = 0.94 EUR in Apr 2017 to 1 USD = 0.84 EUR in mid-December.
