I'm totally on board with making cities greener and more people-friendly, including carbon and congestion charges and outright bans on cars + increased spending on infrastructure and public transport etc. Virtually all economists are too. But that article reads like a 14 year olds' clickbait troll polemic on urban planning and economics. It's low quality content and shouldn't be on the front page.
