- kamaal 6y agoIn most of these large charity set ups, the bulk of the money is spent on management expenses. It's the unwritten rule of all large organizations.

- kamaal 6y agoIm not just talking about Charity organizations. Any large people operation of any nature is like this. It's one of those default things that large people organizations have. Political parties and charities just happen to be a subset of this. Wait till you hear even armies, or even organized religions work the same way.
