What is the liability structure of this approach?
- chairmanwow1 6y agoIt's L2 autonomy, so the driver of the car is still expected to be the driver of the car. Liability doesn't change if a car crash occurs while Comma's system is engaged. Although, this could be tested in court if OpenPilot (Comma's software) ever does something like refusing to disengage and causes a wreck.
