I'm working on an open source project similar to this. It uses Twilio as an option for calling in, but DJs/hosts can use a mic or connect a mixer/turntable via USB audio interface and stream directly without using Twilio. Hoping to make the first release next week. There's a Raspberry Pi client for remote broadcasts.
