Every American should have a will
- jdgabb6d 6y agoNYC-based legal tech startup launches a campaign in the midst of a deep second wave of COVID focused on getting every American adult a Will. For $49 they are offering professionally drafted will-based Estate Plans!
- gus_massa 6y agoAre you the owner? What interesting technical problems did you find? How difficult is to have an attorney in each state? (Do you have an attorney in each state?) Did you have a problem with some unusual naming scheme or an unusual family structure? (I'm not sure how much you can share publicly.) Can the will include donations to charities? (Is people interested in this feature?)

- cheese_van 6y agoNot sure if it is my browser or the site, but I can't access their privacy policy, so this service would be a hard no from me as I would imagine the information in a will could be monetized three ways from Sunday. I do need a will and do plan to see a "brick-and-mortar" lawyer where I'm sure I will be giving that firm the same information I would provide to this legal web service. Am I unwise to believe my information is safer with one than the other?
