Seems pretty good, but let's think if you're an introvert or you wish to stay/work as a couple... What options can/do we have other than co-living/co-workspaces? Would love to see some diversity of options.

I also have my introverted side, and a strong one, but this is probably something for the extroverted me, I can go be by myself to any Airbnb
