Well put it like this: In China the government dictate what you can see and the EU approach is that the government legislate what you can be shown. I don't see any of the major players having a hissy fit and walking away from that kinda user-base. Though the prospect of large companies hiding behind firewalls to protect themselves from EU users, does bemuse me.
