Do the trades reflect re-weights? Or do they reflect money flows (creations and redemptions) into the fund?
Also for the performance heatmap it would be cool to normalize performance to the return of the S&P or of the ETF itself over that same time frame.
- isthispermanent 6y agoThe trades... great question. They reflect re-weights, so could be profit taking, a change in conviction, etc. They do not reflect creations and redemptions. The purple line on each positions holding page (https://cathiesark.com/arkk-holdings-of-roku https://cathiesark.com/arkk-holdings-of-roku) does reflect creations and redemptions. So that line can actually be seen as a combination for fund demand re-weights. Second the heat map idea. I'll put it on the list, that would be interesting.
