As someone who takes paracetamol instead of NSAIDs (ibuprofen, aspirin) because of increased sensitivity, this scares me. I do have a hard cut-off of three 500mg tablets in 24 hours, and I never take more than 500mg in a 6 hour period. I should ask my doctor for a non-NSAID alternative painkiller.
