If we look at just the period of time after the second world war, I think we've made incredible social progress against both sexism and racism. So I'm optimistic that right will prevail here. Not fully utilizing a segment of the population due to discrimination is an inefficiency, and the free market will apply pressure to correct that. I don't think that's enough by itself, but it's nice to know we're rowing downstream.
