I bought this powdered diet energy drink off amazon: ALLMAX Nutrition - AMINOCUTS (A:CUTS) - Cotyon Candy Flavor I have used it to replace drinking beer and have not had any alcohol for over a month now, the stuff is like rocket fuel and I have dropped 5% of my body mass and saved a bunch of money not buying beer. I stil have a long way to go in the weight loss, health improvement department but this stuff was definitely a good buy for 2020.
