  I've started cutting back. Two things I did: Removed my credit cards after ordering, so I'd be forced to re-enter them to order. Added a Firefox/Chrome page blocker. Easy enough to get around, but these two things together gave me enough times to pause and remember that I put the difficulties in there for a reason. Next step might be to block them at the network level.
