Cyberpunk is also a pretty good representation of anarcho-capitalism. Sure, there are government agents (mostly cops), but they're pretty insignificant. Megacorps run the world, backed by their private security forces. Everything that can be commoditized and sold is. It's really quite disgusting. I don't know why anyone would see it as an aspiration.
- jbverschoor 6y agoIsn’t that already the case? Twitter basically muting the president? Facebook influencing people?

- ironmagma 6y agoEvery other president managed alright without depending on Twitter.
- throw_m239339 6y agoTo be honest I don't think the president should communicate using a private platform like that at first place, but use official governmental websites. Trump tweeting all the time kind of made a mockery out of the job.
- pmiller2 6y agoFacebook you probably have a good case for. But, I think the president manages to get his message out just fine.
